Contest Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Alec’s Ice Cream whose registered office is at 419 1st St, Petaluma, CA 94952.
The competition is open to residents of the United States aged 21 years or over except employees of [Alec’s Ice Cream] and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
All customers who purchase the 6-carton pack will be automatically entered into a raffle to win a year's supply of Alec's Ice Cream. A year's supply is 8 total six packs. One 6-pack will be mailed to the winner every six weeks (shipping is not included), OR if the winner lives close to an existing retailer they will receive 8 VIP coupons (up to $11.99 value) sent every six weeks to be purchased in-store.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be counted as one entry.
Closing date for entry will be [Friday August 5th]. After this date there will be no further entries to the competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. This could be technical issues, after the end of the entry period, entries outside of the United States or other foreseeable issues.
To celebrate National Ice Cream Month, Alec's Ice Cream the first and only regenerative-verified & USDA organic certified ice cream utilizing 100% A2 dairy is supporting the work of Kiss the Ground, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to awaken people to the possibilities of regeneration and inspire action through media, advocacy, education, and farmer training during the month of July. In addition, all customers who purchase the 6-pint pack will be automatically entered into a raffle to win a year's supply of Alec's Ice Cream, which will be announced on Friday, August 5th.
If a discount code was used for the purchase, the donation will be reduced or made zero depending on the promo code discount amount.
This competition can not be combined with any other discounts, giveaways or brand sales
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible via email or social channels by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
